John Nearon is an 18 year veteran of the Coatings Industry developing, marketing and implementing application specific Coatings Process Solutions to manufacturers throughout North America, Western Europe and Mexico. John has consulted for and or provided sales engineering to a wide variety of clients including ABB, Amcast Automotive, American Woodmark, Chrysler, The Ford Motor Company and General Motors among others.
John began development of the Timber OX™ product line in 2004 along with business partner Todd Forth to address a need in the wood restoration business for a durable, effective, easy to apply, wood preservative that would protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces.
John currently serves as Director of Operations for Exterior Wood Restoration, Inc. a recognized leader in the Wood Restoration Field serving Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois with special emphasis on power washing, conditioning, treating and maintaining outdoor wood surfaces such as decks, fences, cedar shake roof systems, etc. observing and tracking literally hundreds of projects completed with Timber OX™ products. EWRI is a member of the Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau, Angie’s List, and the Better Business Bureau. John is a member of the Chicago Paint and Coatings Association and resides in central Indiana with his wife and daughter.
